Our flagship membership

Premier Concierge Cardiology in Santa Barbara

Premier Membership is for patients and families who want a closer, ongoing relationship with their cardiologist. It brings together more time for discussion, direct physician communication, and cardiovascular guidance informed by your history and priorities.

Time, access, and continuity

An annual review, closer to home

Premier includes a scheduled annual cardiovascular review that may take place at your home or residence when appropriate and within the local service area. The practice will discuss location and suitability with you in advance.

The practice is based in Santa Barbara and serves patients in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Hope Ranch, Goleta, Summerland, and Carpinteria. Please contact the practice to confirm home-review arrangements for your location.

Home and residence-based visits are scheduled in advance. They are not intended for urgent or emergency care.

Support when care becomes more complex

Premier may be especially helpful for patients with a complex cardiovascular history, a recent hospitalization, or important treatment decisions ahead. Guidance and care coordination around hospitalizations, procedures, and transitions of care are provided when feasible.

Hospital-based care remains the responsibility of the hospital and its treating clinicians. Dr. Goyal’s involvement depends on the clinical circumstances, hospital policies and privileges, location, and availability.

Understanding your membership

How does physician communication work?

Premier includes direct physician communication, with expanded communication and priority scheduling. Contact the practice to discuss available channels and access arrangements. Membership is not an emergency response service.

Does membership replace primary care?

No. Riviera Cardiology Concierge focuses on cardiovascular care. Continue your relationship with your primary care physician for general medical and preventive needs.

Are testing and hospital charges included?

No. Outside testing, procedures, hospital services, facility charges, medications, and services provided by outside clinicians are separate from the membership fee. Read the FAQ for payment, insurance, Medicare, and outside-service details.

Where are the full membership terms explained?

Specific services and access arrangements are described in your membership agreement. Contact the practice to discuss current options and the terms that apply to your care.
